LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I don´t know if I should laugh or cry!!!!!!!!! I´m usually pretty excited about summer, but not this year..... UGH. Did I never even post their school pictures??????? AHHHHHHHHH! Stop the clock!

James' Spotlight!

  James was psyched for his end of the year performance today! I can remember watching him last year and thinking... {Oh dear.... he's going to be so mad he has to do this all over again next year.....how sad....} But I couldn't have been more wrong!!!! He loved every minute and seemed to shine today more than ever! So proud of my boy and far he has come!

Oh Happy Day!

James received his First Holy Eucharist today- (so did my niece, Tyla!) A little bittersweet without Daddy or any family, but the Holy Spirit was there and two of my besties! Thank God for Army sisters!!!!

That's right, folks. It's baseball season! Is it the lights? The smell of the grass? The cute butts in baseball pants? I don't know, but I like it a lot! I love watching my boys play, and I love that THEY love the game of baseball!

First Reconciliation

  James made his First Reconciliation today. So happy for my boy! He did great and is now ready for his First Communion! He received this beautiful necklace and has claimed he will never take it off!

Education Week

It's Education Week and Flyboy was invited to read a book to James' class today in the library! How fun! Eli got to join in the fun too! Soooooooooo cute!

James insisted on the Halloween book, Hallo-Wiener.(Thank you, Auntie Toni!)  I tried to talk him into a Thanksgiving book, but he said he wanted to make the class laugh. (It ended up being a great choice because Eli loves that book too and he sat and listened the whole time!)

The boys are part of a deployment group at school. The Spanish teacher and the counselor do a fabulous job sending pictures and newsletters to Flyboy. They are doing an Operation Celebration after school on Thursday that we'll be missing, so they had James and Eli give us our own special presentation and gifts today after we read the book. So sweet!
